Rented a beautiful vacation property that they manage. Had several negative experiences over the course 3 years renting from Optimum. We have had an issue where we werent able to check in at the proper time after (6:30pm, not 4pm as we paid for) and were promised to be reimbursed for our trouble. Alice only reimbursed half of what was promised after several weeks. We have shown up to the rental being less than clean multiple times. Despite paying an additional cleaning fee of $50 on top of the regular fee $200, for Covid 19 sanitation, the house was not cleaned any differently and in fact the housekeeping has gone downhill. From the kitchen and floors having not been mopped and wiped, to the last experience where the hot tub was full of sand and the grill was completely filthy and unusable. We reluctantly kept renting the property because our young daughters loved the house, despite our issues with the property management. Unfortunately, the last time also the oven didnt work for several days of our trip because they dont do property checks very well and they were a bit dismissive and rude and didnt offer to refund anything for the loss of a major appliance multiple days of our stay. Also, they are being a bit over the top about check in and check out, we were texted just after 10am accusing us we didnt check out on time and we had left the property at 9:56, we texted a family member from the road and check out is 10am. They rent beautiful homes and arent really capable of managing them well and taking care of the homes or customers unfortunately. We own and manage rental homes and storages, and have a vacation home we rent, we also rent several vacation properties every year for our own trips and we are not going to recommend this company to anyone renting homes whether they are owners or prospective tenants. Choose another agency and there are plenty of other beautiful vacation homes that they dont manage if you are thinking of renting from them. Fair warning.

Alice is a Rude woman, totally lacking any morals. I applied for a rental, and paid my 40
Dollar application fee. She didn't check any of my references and never even bothered to call me to let me know unit has been rented .
She is a fraud, and should be prosecuted .
