going to have to leave another for what just happened. I used MyChart to start the appointment setting process and was waiting for a week or so for their phone call so I could schedule a day and time. I thought I was receiving that call now but instead it was an automated voice telling me I had missed an appointment I had never been contacted about or known about. Ive done this process before and this hasnt happened bc thats not how it works. Anyways, lots of other issues with them but I, unfortunately, try to keep holding out hope and continually get disappointed by their office staff.

Great place to work and receive healthcare. Providers and other medical staff are so friendly and truly care about patients. Clinic staff strive to help patients with their healthcare goals, referrals, medications, insurance, and more!

Won't even look at you unless you're already a patient there. With wait times up to months out, even something simple like covid testing is out of the question. Make you dive 30min to Hermiston urgent care for anything.

My doctor has gone above and beyond. He found a blood clot before it could get worse. He has referred me to other places when he was unable to help me. I recommend the clinic. Very friendly and helpful staff.
