03/24 we have received our photos. 03/11 Logan emailed me stating he is ordering new photos and that they must have gotten lost in the mail. I will update my review once they have been received. I have tried to contact Logan for the past five months asking if he has an update on football photos. I have even asked for a response just so I know the email address is still being used. Soon I am going to have to cancel the charges on my credit card. A email response would go a long way.

Horrible communication on photos that were taken in the spring. Does not reply to emails or phone calls to give any updates. One time my husband was lucky and got logan on the phone and he stated he would email my husband the photos. This did not happen. Understanding of covid having an effect on businesses but this has been over 7 months. Safe to assume we will not be getting the photos at this time. An email back or a phone call back with an honest update would have gone a long ways.

My wife has been trying to contact Logan multiple times. She has left messages and has sent an email with absolutely no response! She prepaid for both soccer and tackle football photos back in September of our grandsons so that these photos could be given to great grandparents for Christmas.
On his website it says We are happy to answer any questions you may have maybe this statement should be removed as it is not at the top of his priority list. Not sure how you can run a reputable business with no customer service.
Logan, if you should read this, please contact my wife at the number she has left you on the messages and email.

Had our teams pictures taken for South Central Little League about 2 months back. Was told that the pictures would be on the website for order in about a week. Pictures were never posted to the website and Logan has not gotten back to me after repeated phone calls and emails from my wife. Horrible customer service!
Logan, if you see this, you blew a major opportunity. I am in charge of selecting our photographer for a new soccer club in LaPine.
