Really nice clinic! They are very kind and efficient and I like that the vets are holistic and approve of things like raw/ fresh food for pets. Small practice feels very personable and have enjoyed all our visits.

I had a great experience here, I travel FT and have 2 Goldens, old & young and they were extremely accommodating. Got us in quick and were happy to have us as new clients. Its really hard to find vets like this anymore so I am grateful!

Please note, this is not the veterinary operation owned and operated by Dr Shaw who I had used as my vet from the time he opened years ago.
I had the misfortune of trying one of the vets now operating from this business. The vet whom I had a very short but sad experience was Dr Loudis who boost his employment as a exotic bird specialist. I inquired with him about his experience with canines and he stated he was well educated in that area of expertise but after my first experience with him treating my 9 month old retriever I really have to wonder.
He diagnosed my pup has having environmental allergies which from my own studies seemed accurate. He proceeded to treat my pup with a common medication Apoquel used to control the scratching-biting associated with this ailment. It proved to be a failure so Dr Loudis then moved on to a common injection Cytopoint which he noted was actually a better option due to both cost and effectiveness so why we started with the Apoquel is a mystery to me. He quoted me a price of $165 which changed at checkout to be $185, not a big deal and in the end I did pay only the $165.
The end of my relationship with Dr Loudis came after I called him 5 days following the injection due to zero positive results. I asked at the time of injection how long it might be before I might see results and was told a couple of days. I left a message with Dr Loudis that I had yet to see any positive results from the shot and I NEVER heard back from this vet. What can I say but the guy is a real disappointment. For him to not take the time to return my call shows a real lack of carrying and this is a trait Im sure he is well versed in.
I later read these $185 injection can be totally ineffective so my only question is why not inform the client this fact so they can consider it in there decision making. In regards to the Apoquel I later read from a canine dermatologist the the medication Apoquel is not recommended for puppies so to all these discrepancies I state Dr Loudis should stick to his forte because otherwise he is for the birds.
ASK MANY QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR BELOVED PET TO THIS VET because this is not the business you may have heard of.
