Had a great experience with Chris. He helped us out while we were traveling in Bend OR and our fridge broke down. He was a lifesaver!!!! He spent some time on the phone helping my husband out and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Would totally recommend calling them! If you need service Chris is the guy to call. My family was camping in the Sisters Oregon area when the recent fires started. My family had to evac late one night and while we were frantically packing up so we could leave asap our trailer's power just went out. the time was around midnight and it was very dark which made it impossible to see anything. The next day we researched and made sure it was safe to return to our campsite to retrieve out trailer. We called Chris and Chris was AMAZING. Chris was very accommodating, knowledgeable and very professional. Chris knew the issues just by describing the issue over the phone. Chris did whatever it took for us to be able to get out powerless RV into a position so it can be safely towed out of the fire zone. Chris is an approved Tech through several if not all extended RV warranty companies. THANK YOU CHRIS!!!!! If we are ever in the Bend area again and need any RV service you will be the first person I call. You made our very stressful situation a lot less stressful..... Had leaky kitchen faucet in our 20 year old diesel RV. Figured it needed to be replaced. Chris got back to me promptly and walked me through fixing the problem on my own (no charge). Great, honest service! I would definitely call again with any service problem.
