The facility I rented for a very short period was well taken care of. But the lack of responsiveness and follow-through by the leasing was incredibly unprofessional. I gave 30 days notice of vacating the property, they then proceeded to take 70 days after that to create my deposit refund check, and then proceeded to send it to the address for which I had vacated two months prior. They had my forwarding address from when I initially signed a lease document, but repeatedly said they didnt have a forwarding address, so instead of reaching out, they had just sent it to the same address I had rented. Absolutely ridiculous. They should have used the established communication method of emailing or calling me if they werent sure of where to send the check. It took several hours, and persistent follow up, just to get back my deposit.

They will rent to you a place with lead based paint and wait to disclose this until after signing a lease. Avoid Samantha.

Just awful customer service. Lots of staff turnover so don't even know who to contact to get anything done and even then it takes days for them to respond.
