I have been emailing Speed Moto on and off for a few months now and they have been awesome guiding me through the purchase process of new Mikuni carbs for my KZ440. I even made a mistake on my order, I called, got right through to a knowledgeable associate, and got it corrected in no time. I have not received my order yet (just ordered yesterday) but if this is the kind of service from the start, I am fired up to say they are top shelf!

Communication is non existent. Dont order from this site unless you want to deal with a month long wait just to get refunded with no explanation.

Doing business with Speed Moto was a good experience. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I received my order promptly. They are on my list of "go to" parts suppliers.

I purchased a 7 inch headlight bucket and got a 7 1/4 inch headlight bucket. The company doesnt list any type of restock fee but it was deducted from my refund. I had zero communication responses from them about the return and will never buy from them again
