I was referred to Dr. Guy by a friend after I had been experiencing some pain in my wisdom tooth. After a few days the pain became unbearable and I needed to make an appointment immediately. I was pleased to call Dr. Guy's office and find they had time to see me later that afternoon. I was feeling stressed over what the outcome of my visit would be, expecting to hear I needed to go through having all four of my wisdom teeth removed, something I have been putting off and dreading for years. When I arrived, I had a very short wait. We did an x-ray and an exam and decided I would only need to have the one tooth removed. Relief! But never having a tooth pulled, I was still scared. Sensing my nerves, Dr. Guy explained everything that was going to happen and was very thorough that I understood how it would work and that I had nothing to worry about. After getting me numbed up, the tooth took a whole 5 seconds to take out. It was an extremely easy and painless procedure and I felt silly afterward for being so nervous. The healing was extremely fast and I thank Dr. Guy and his expertise for that! My husband and I will now be going to Dr. Guy's office for all our other dental procedures and will be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
