The staff had many challenges but they made sure to give us extra care and service to make up for rescheduling us. They were very professional and our service Succulent Body Wraps were very enjoyable.

This spa snuck used OPENED products into my bag and charged my partner full price for the privilege!!! GROSS!!! Not sure how this is a premium experience?! My partner tipped the staff extremely generously after our massages and my facial and this is how we are treated?! Backstory: I returned acne products that was causing a rash texture on my face and then realized they were actually clearing up my face so I came in wanting to buy those products again. Instead of giving me sealed, sanitary products (like a legitimate business) they snuck in my bag unsealed used products that they claimed were mine from two weeks ago. I contacted the spa 3 times and got a call back from the manager 5 days later and he responded with "Those products were the ones you returned two weeks prior that sat on the counter until you came back in." It's not sanitary to give a customer unsealed product. I now can't use these products because I know they were sitting on the spa counter for anyone to tamper with. I'm not sure how the manager can guarantee those products hadn't been tampered with when he was on vacation. This place is gross.

OMG amazing experience today with a body wrap and facial. I was greeted in a friendly manner and my esthetician made me feel comfortable and addressed my skin needs. They also carry a wide variety of eminence products. Highly recommend and will be back.
