My girlfriend and I bought a personalized cutting board for our friends who were getting married in Korea and we were going to the wedding. Krissy was super helpful and friendly in ensuring we got it in time to pack it in our suitcase to take with us. The board came 3 days earlier than I had expected and it was just absolutely exquisite. The wood was gorgeous and the engraving was so well done and exactly what we had in mind. It was truly perfect. My only concern was that it was really heavy! Which, was not Black Canyon's fault, I should have known better, seeing as it was solid wood! Just an FYI to anyone interested in them, keep in mind they are heavy. But, all in all I would highly recommend Black Canyon if you are looking for QUALITY woodwork and WONDERFUL customer service.
