        After 10 years of being a personal client, the bank closed both my personal accounts and my business accounts because some of my clients were in the cannabis industry without even calling me. I received a letter in the mail. I went with Umpqua because I thought they would provide good customer service even though they charge higher fees. Big mistake on my part.
