Need car bits and pieces quickly? Come here. Just be warned that they sell out of things quick sometimes and may not get another shipment until next season.

Battery price 40.00 less then the three shops I called in bend 85 month warranty verses the one year and two year warranty with the other over priced batteries! Excellent fun helpful service

I cannot praise this location enough. Knecht's Auto Parts knows how to serve their base. I wanted to do some in-store research today on replacement key fobs and ice windshield covers. Greg was amazing: *Greeted me as soon as I walked through the door *Asked how my day was going, then asked what I was looking for in the auto parts store *Walked me though several aisles as he suggested products and gave personal testimonials *Provided online recommendations for a key fob*Engaged in pleasant banter at checkout *Thanked me for my patronage and wished me a great day as I exited the premises The WOW factor times ten! Greg is a phenomenal ambassador for Knecht's Auto Parts, and has a special touch of customer engagement that you only find at Disney parks. It was a genuine pleasure meeting him and shopping here.
