We were not sure why our washer was not draining. Brendan responded to me the same day as my initial inquiry and was able to set an appointment with me the next day. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable owner. Helped fix my washer drain and even raised it and drilled it down for me. Adjusted the legs so the machine was level. Entire appointment took maybe 20-30 minutes. Highly recommend ABS for anyone looking for reliable, responsive, and effective repair services. Thank you!

We had an issue with our LG front loader washing machine. I called 3 semi-large, well known St. Louis appliance repair companies for help. One said they didn't work on LG appliances and I didn't receive calls back from the other two until 3 & 4 days after I called. I called ABS Home Services and received a call back from Brendan within 2 hours and he scheduled to come out a day and a half later. He was able to diagnose the issue but couldn't fix right away because he had to order parts. Upon receiving the parts, he scheduled to return and got the machine running like new.We were very happy with the results and won't hesitate to call Brendan again should we need another appliance repair. **To highlight, Brendan is knowledgeable, and courteous. He comes within the short time window he gives and texts when he is on his way! A+++
