We’ve been with Justin for several years now. He created our first website, and two years ago he modernized our site with stunning graphics and a responsive design—allowing our site to be accessed on all devices. Because we are a Homeowners Association, we require a website that provides: (1) a welcoming and attractive representation of our community; (2) a user friendly secure portal for our homeowners; and (3) access to the back side of our website so that our website committee can maintain and update the site. Justin has consistently met these unique needs by providing video training, alerts about new trends in website technology, and personal real time assistance from Justin himself and his excellent staff. He has always completed changes to our website on the date promised (often earlier). He has always been cordial, patient, and professional. He has been amazingly fair in his pricing. He just never disappoints. I happily recommend him.

I had Justin update our screen printing business website, including some marketing. I found he was very informative on the phone and has been very communicative during the process. The finished product is better than he promised and his prices were more than fair. I am very happy that I went this route and that I used Justin to do the work. I will use his services for the foreseeable future.

We had an older style website we wanted to update and contacted several designers for help. We chose Justin because he returned all our calls so promptly, was so articulate about how he could address our particular needs and his fee structure. He was very positive but also realistic and explained potential issues that might curtail our "wish list" for the perfect website. But, because we hadn't updated our site in so long, we discovered from Justin that there were numerous features available that we would never have known about on our own. Justin basically brought us into the 21st century. We are more than pleased with the product and the process. Justin is the most prompt and reliable business individual I have ever worked with - if he says he will call at a specific time, you can set your watch! He is very patient and helped us work through options on which we, the site owners, disagreed. His follow-up is equally good, both in terms of regular statistical reports and helping us work out kinks. One thing I particularly appreciate is a series of on-line tutorials he has put together so I can make changes and updates to our site on my own. We most definitely recommend Justin for website design and/or re-design. This guy is smart, cordial, patient, prompt and superbly reliable.
