I had a fingerprinting appointment in late February 2022 for OSBN. They don't give you very good directions on the email they send. But my issue is not with the directions. It's with the lady that did the fingerprints. She didn't ask my name when I arrived and just asked if I was there for fingerprints. She seemed really annoyed and was rude. I tried showing her my confirmation email and ID but she didn't want to see them. She rushed me into get my fingerprints done and was really rough. She then asked me my name to put in the computer and then rushed me out. Turns out they never sent my fingerprints to OSBN and I am now finding out months later. I had to contact OSBN to see why it was taking so months to receive my nursing license after passing the NCLEX only to hear they never got the fingerprints and was told by the company that I had canceled the appointment. I clearly did not and they charged me for the appointment. I think the lady should get in trouble, I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. I have to do my fingerprints over again and wait even longer to start working because of this mistake.
