He made the selection process so much easier and I left feeling great about my selection. The delivery coordination was also handled well and was accomplished on time and without any issues.

Thomas was very knowledgeable regarding mattress to sleep patterns. We even picked one that happened to be in stock. Delivery coordination was great and they called to move out a day do to snow. On time with the updated day and time. Thomas our sales person was super nice and without any pressure.

My wife and I were looking at a new bed (after 21 years). We researched a bit online for the type we were looking for and hit the Cedar Hills BedMart, expecting to walk in and lay on several to get a feel. Thomas Gardiner came right up to us and started asking questions...I thought "I just want to flop in some beds and see": boy, did he change my mind. Thomas is extremely knowledgable and communicative, such that he already knew the questions to ask us to help us narrow down our search. We knew "firm" was what we wanted, so he started there, having us try more and less firm, targeting our comfort. He saved us so much time by engaging and knowing how to educate without being pushy towards a product or a sale. We ended up buying a mattress from him we tested out. We'd recommend BedMart for anyone mattress shopping, but even more, go see Thomas. Even if you don't buy from him, it's worth your while and well-being to spend some time with him.

William (Will) was extremely knowledgeable about every (and I mean every!) aspect of the sleep experience. He had a personable charm as he "beducated" us about this and that and never came across as slimy or disingenuous. We are looking forward to the speedy delivery of our new Rockwell! Thanks, Will, for not making it a root canal :)
