Audrey was extremely helpful in assisting my 90 year old grandmother in choosing a new mattress set. She even went as far as to show me a few mattresses that I may have future interest in. I must say, the exceptional service and the quality products make for an all around excellent experience. 5/5 for sure!

We bought our mattress back in May after an apartment fire rendered our old one unusable. We'd already looked at them, talked to each other, and kinda knew what we wanted. When we walked into this location, we were greeted, and since we already were familiar with the products, we were left alone to finalize our decision. We saw a mattress we hadn't looked at, tried it, loved it, and within 20 minutes, we'd purchased it and it was slated for next day delivery. Chuck made the process very easy and only offered information when we asked, instead of pushing it on us like the other location had.

I am delayed in getting this review put, but not a day goes by that we have not enjoyed our purchase. We actually bought at the former Sherwood location a little over a year ago prior to some significant surgery. Audrey was awesome and led us through options with a focus on helping us get the best value. Did not try to upsell at all. Really straightforward, helpful, and wonderful person. We ended up getting 2 Reverie bases that fit perfect into our current bed frame, so no new decor needed. The several month recovery went great with the beds and individual controls. But post recovery, we love the bed even more. Audrey got us into the right topper, wool mattress pad and pillows. I was skeptical of value if vibration, but we use that every day. It is awesome, and with the individual controls, we have our own positions we like. Better late than never. Still loving the purchase, and thanks to Audrey for making that a such a great experience, but also getting us into the right bed that we still enjoy over a year later.
