They cant give you the original colors, flooring, tile, etc specs for a home if you are not the original buyer. Home is 3 years old and they have ALL of the information on file! They say its for liability reasons assuming the first owner changed anything. Well they didnt and I wrote in writing that I waive any and all of their responsibility and liability. I wish they would give me a new home packet and I can figure out the rest. I want to do fixes and touchups and they are sitting on all the exact matching material info that I am asking for. I do find the home to be built well and better than most other major builders.

Nevenka and Anne in the Warranty Department of Riverside Homes are pleasure to work with. They respond to questions and repairs needs quickly and with compassion. I had a roof leak that recurred. Not only did they coordinate getting the repairs done quickly, Nevenka had a second roofer come out to inspect and repair when the initial roofer didnt find/fix the issue. Brett, the project manager came out and inspected as well. The Yes, the roof leaked and drywall had to be repaired and painted. However, I am still happy I bought a Riverside Home.

My brother and I sold a property to Riverside Homes. They were great to negotiate with. Niki went above and beyond in problem solving and accommodating us. We were granted additional time to make the transition, due to a wet spring. Help was afforded when we encountered a long standing electric source issue. It was successfully resolved and saved us thousands of dollars. I cannot say enough good about Niki and the contractors. Great company! Thank you for choosing us!

I bought a home from Riverside Homes in 2020 and have had mostly small issues with the build like cheap baseboards and trim used, door frame and knob problems, easily chipped paint, squeaking floors, etc However, no drainage was ever installed in my backyard and because it's passed the 1 year warranty period, they won't take liability even though this should've been addressed in the first place. Because of this, and after being only 3 years in a new home, the backyard is eroding abnormally fast. The ground is heavily clay based and the whole yard turns into a swamp floods since it rains so much in Oregon. It stays like that even in the summer months. A pond I had installed a year ago with a foot of depth is now at grass level, meaning that much land had eroded. I now have to look at French drain installation, which is quoted in the thousands. This should've been properly dealt with in the first place and now I'm having to pay for Riverside's oversight.
