Scam scam scam. Came on December 9th of 2019 Ashley did the reevaluation 3d scan and told me I will received my aligner in 5 weeks. Waiting and waiting for almost 2 months. They never reach out to me until I contacted them. And was told the alinger did not created so nothing been done for that 7 weeks. I contacted them all they did email and text and told me someone will call shortly over and over. My teeth are worst than ever. I told them I want my money back. Again my account manager will call u and just an email saying something never call nothing. They're bunch of scam. New pts don't listen to them. I'm still waiting for a week for my calls and refund they're just ignoring me nothing handle like dental professional. Don't trust them.

Good experience. Staff is well trained, friendly. Office is in a shared office space so it felt like a pop-up...wondered how long they would be here. Sale is expected so conversation on their side was as if i had already bought. Be aware, if you are just shopping for the best company for your needs. I bought, and will leave another review later, but walked out questioning whether I did the right thing. Reviews on other sites are not as favorable as on Google. Will see and leave an honest review here later.

I have always been bothered by the way my teeth looked. I never felt comfortable smiling. Taiba did an amazing job answering my questions and making me feel confident with my decision. I am so excited to start so I could have a better smile!
