Had a dress to be shortened, tried it on at the cleaners and felt like the pinning was just below my knee. When I picked it up, it was practically same as original length, took it back with pins where I wanted it , again just below knee. Lady wasn't pleased I returned but agreed to rehem. After getting dress home and tried it on the hemline is now higher on right side, lower in the back-uneven all around. So disappointed. I feel they did this on purpose and now unwearable. They have done other alterations in past and I had not problem. Not sure how Ill handle this bc I needed the dress to wear in a few daysvery disappointed and yes mad.

I brought a Cardigan style jacket to this store,after the store owner viewed garmet she told me it would be 14.99, It wasn't extra soiled or anything. I came back week later and same person told me it would be 19.99 because it was a jacket, which she was aware of when I brought it in. Not good business ethics, her greediness lost very good future clients.

They did a wonderful job tailoring my men's pendleton shirts. I went from an xl to a large over the course of a year and they were too baggy. The folks here did an excellent job fitting them to my new shape. Great work and experience all around.

Lauren Cleaners is my go to place for tailoring! They have tailored pants, blazers and sleeves but also fixed zippers, clasps, and holes in jackets and pillows. They have been able to do anything I've needed over the past 8 years! They get things done quickly but are also very high quality. THE BEST!
