Wish I had something nice to say, but I don't. Waiting on a refund for a warranty we were sold then couldn't even use. It's really disappointing when my family needs that money after bills pilling up because of the shutdowns with COVID19. Save yourself the heartache and go to a business that actually cares about their clients when it really matters.

Traveled from Eugene to look at an awesome F350. Corey Frazier answered all my questions and was patient when I wanted to take 3 test drives. Elegant Auto made my truck buying experience amazing. Would definitely purchase another vehicle here and refer friends. Ty guys I love my truck!

Very helpful no pressure environment. Was very impressed with how painless the process was. JASON helped me through the process and he was relaxed and casual. He was professional and made the process more enjoyable then it normally is. I would highly recommend this place to buy your next car.

Had horrible experience with this company, but the worst thing about them is when I cancelled my extended warranty the refund was sent to their company and was supposed to be applied to my loan, except it was never deposited into my account so makes you wonder who is keeping my money. The car they sold me had problems from day one and was not the most reliable, which was extremely important to me since I'm in the military and was being deployed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

Excellent service provided by Elegant Auto Sales thanks to Jason, Noah and George they worked on all the details, paperwork / financing and worked very hard getting the best rate. I did not feel pressured in anyway they did everything within their power to make the process smooth. This is the second automobile that my family has purchased from Elegant I recommend them highly, they have many finance options available and are very professional. This is truly what a automobile buy process should be.
