Hertz Car Sales Beaverton

This is my second time purchasing a car from a Hertz, but my first time visiting the Beaverton location and I can say that I was welcomed warmly and given so much help. I truly appreciated the experience and help that I received from Maureen. She did not pressure me at all, and encouraged me to take my time and when I made the big decision she walked me through the process and it was so quick and easy. I highly recommend asking for Maureen the next time you are car shopping!

Well this place sells, as the place is titled, ex rental cars.....although the cars are nice looking and dressed up, they are rental cars, so they probably have been driven hard. Some have minor dents, chips and a few scratches but you can over look that....but can you....I went to see a lovely car and had a test drive and i noticed the car pulled slightly to the right...having been around cars all my life I questioned if it been in an accident...i was told it hadn't. Under further examination the side fender panel bolts had been removed and didnt line up with the original frame....I then had to question whether I was told the truth..however given them the benefit of the doubt i asked if they would drop the price so I could get the front end tracked. They wouldnt budge on the price and was told they had other interest in the car later that evening but would phone if it didnt sell...recieved call and was told that customer cancelled...was this another tactic used by used car salesman....In the end I couldn't over look that it was damaged and was told it hadn't, so I decided not to go ahead with purchase....staff was ok but not really knowledgable and may not have told me the truth, cars looked nice and probably serviced often being ex rental cars...but just beware and if you are interested in one of their cars, take a mechanic with you if you dont know what your looking for....I personal can not recommend this place based on my experience.

I had a great experience buying my first non-private party car from here! Michael Oades was excellent throughout the whole process, I would highly recommend Hertz to anyone thinking about buying a used rental!

I had done tons of research after buying a car about a year and a half ago too quickly on a whim and then realizing I wanted something different. I was super hesitant about coming to a rental place with fleet/rental vehicles due to their inconsistent reputations, but Michael helped me out and I fell in love with the first car I test drove. Michael was SO nice and helpful and wasn't pressuring at all through the buying process like some care salesmen can be. Richard helped us throughout the finance process, and was also amazing and so helpful and got us an even better deal than expected. Super great experience and I can't wait to drive my car!!!

BOUGHT A CAR FOR MY CUSTOMER THRU THESE FOLKS. WE BUY 20-30 CARS A MONTH FROM DEALERS ALL OVER THE WEST. BY FAR, THESE PEOPLE WERE THE WORST INFORMED DEALERSHIP IVE EVER RUN INTO. WE PAID BY CERTIFIED FUNDS A WEEK BEFORE WE PICKED UP CAR. 45 DAYS LATER THEY STILL HAVE NOT PRODUCED A TITLE. JUST SPOKE WITH OREGON DMV AND FILES A COMPLAINT THRU MY ATTORNEY. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HEADACHES AND SKIP THIS PLACE. LEE
