From reservation to pickup to airport... professional, friendly and most importantly on time. Price was fair and the ride was safe and smooth. COVID protocols were observed with a clean, comfortable vehicle, hand sanitizer and masks were worn. Thank you so much for your kind and prompt service...!!!

We used Hillsboro Airporter for our most recent trip both for drop off and pick up at PDX. We live in South Hillsboro. The service was perfection both directions. The driver that picked us on our way out of town was just a few minutes early eliminating any stress about getting to airport for our early morning flight. The driver was friendly and professional. The vehicle, a minivan, was clean and comfortable. Traffic at 515am was very light and we made it out to PDX as fast or faster than I could have driven it. We were dropped off with no worries about parking the car and having to shuttle to the terminal. We were picked up for the drive home to PDX at 345pm on a Thursday. The vehicle, again a minivan, was exactly where the driver told us it would be via text. Again the driver was friendly and professional and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. As one would expect traffic at 345pm was not so good. The driver checked his phone before we left and suggested that we cut over to I-5 via Columbia Boulevard as I-84 was totally backed up. It was a great suggestion and we made great time back to Hillsboro as well. I could not be happier with the service I received from Hillsboro Airporter and will certainly use them in the future!
