I decided to start having fiducial do my taxes, because my mother has been coming here many years. And they are some of the nicest most professional people that Ive worked with. My preparer was very nice, professional, and had a great sense of humor.
I felt very comfortable and confident with them doing my taxes for me.

They were great for 16 years. The last 3 years, with two preparers, were troubling. Their top preparer left as he was disgusted. They misfiled my taxes leading the IRS to request $3k in late fees and interest. The IRS identified Fiducial's error, eight months later (with my payment returned). Fiducial refused to investigate. Run away.

We have gone to Fiducial for years. This year we had to give them all our tax information, with no appointment. We repeatedly started contacting them in early April, were the taxes ready yet?  No response was other than they were processing them. The due date of the taxes arrived, and they assured us they filed an extension. They did not.  The IRS sent us a letter saying we not only owed the taxes but also interest and penalties. It turns out our taxes were sent to another state to be processed. We have contacted Fiducial locally and at the main office, no response. Do not go there - unreliable!
