The consult was awesome and we had many options to choose from. We didn't feel pressure to choose one product over the other, and the consultant listened to what we wanted and also gave us her design thoughts as well.
The product itself looks amazing. It's only been installed for a few days and we've already received compliments on them.
But I really appreciate that although there were shipping delays for our order (that they had no control over) that they took the initiative to let me know that, before I even asked about it. Communication goes a long way in my book.
The day of installation went smoothly. The installer was here on time and installed quickly but efficiently and made sure we were happy before he left.
Highly recommend for quality product and quality customer service!
