I've had the pleasure of working with Virgil LLewellyn twice; first when I purchased a lot in Bandon several years ago and recently when I sold the same property. Virgil has always been respectful, prompt, and completely forthright. In both cases, I was an out of state party and he made things so easy for me at every step. My purchase and the subsequent sale couldn't have gone more smoothly...we always seemed to be on the same page, sharing common sensibilities and expectations. We sold our home in Bandon July 2019.
