Horrible customer service. Went in with my large family last month. As my husband took 2 steps in the store a lady that worked there started to tell him to put his mask on, as he was already doing so. Then proceeds to tell her co worker about how tourists think they can just do as they want and they shouldn't come if they are not going to wear a mask. The cdc guidelines say people who are fully vaccinated dont have to wear one but we are still abiding by the stores rules. But he was putting his mask on before she got all huffy. Hope these tourist who support your business skip over this store.

Super nice customer service and good mask policy. The stuff in there is delicate so if you have little kids don’t let them run around and be super crazy. But great sweatshirts and customer service!

Overall it's a cute store with decent prices. I found a tumbler I liked on sale for 75% off. They only gave me 50% and when I told them that it was 75% off, they would not give me the rate. As soon as I stepped out of the store, I found a crack in the tumbler. I immediately walked back in for a refund since it was their only stock of the item left. They refused to take it back. A local that will not be returning.

I was followed by the OWNERS DAUGHTER! Because I was wearing my mask BARELY off my nose. She went to other stores and told them not to sell to me and my family who is visiting from out of state. I also see other reviews about the owners daughter having terrible costumer service! Why is she still working there if she’s going to be disrespectful?! Terrible way to run a business! Get rid of her if there’s more than one person. Saying she’s rude! Way to ruin a great experience.
