I did contact them a few days later and made requests for food and they said they would collect those things for me and deliver them to my door! I was amazed!
Later, being into my 26th day of the illness, I called and was connected with nurse Kelly who patiently listened to my concerns, confirmed the slow recovery progress was normal, and offered advice and real compassion!
This is a wonderful service that I was not aware of until a time of great need.
Thank you everyone there! I spoke with 3 agents who were all very respectful, helpful, concerned, and kind.
