        Seeing the appointment was super easy and the tech that came to my house was extremely polite and explained my options very well. Seemed a tad expensive but that's just my gut feeling.

        After purchasing a front door with sidelights from Home Depot, they contacted Kraft Screens to install it. Justin first came to measure, then at a later date returned with the new door to the house and installed it. That Justin was highly skilled and a pro was evident to me. Very pleased with the end results and definitely recommend this company.

        They work with home depot for installation of products they sell. Their service has been good, had to call them back twice for screen door lock problem and left side rail replacement.

        We recently ordered new patio doors at Home Depot. Installation was subcontracted out to Kraft. mobile screen service. Christian and Nicole were the installers, and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company. Nice people, excellent workmanship.

        Horrible customer service and very disorganized. Also, the manager never took the time to call and apologize regarding the error about the appointment scheduling. When I spoke to the installer from Kraft, he was very unempathetic and basically said, "Don't know what to tell ya." I will NOT ever use Kraft Screen or Home Depot for any future door installations. I'll be sure to spread the word around!

      Tara,I am really sorry you feel you had a bad experience with our company. There seems to be some mis-communication happening with your experience. Somehow our system did an auto response text to you that the appointment time was different than what we talked about. We got that worked out and all was good. Once our installer arrived at the Home Depot store to pick up your storm door, they noticed the door had damage to it. Unfortunately, our installer was looking out for you and didn't want to install a damaged door that you would be unhappy with. When the installer called to tell you what had happened you proceeded to yell at him and not have a civil conversation. This was a Home Depot problem and not a Kraft Screens issue. We are just the installation company and have no control over handling the product until we bring it to your home. I believe Home Depot has re-ordered you a new door. We do not benefit from not trying to install the door and make the customer satisfied. Hopefully you have a better experience with Home Depot moving forward but I do not feel your review is fair to Kraft Screens. We strive for excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship of our installation services. We take great pride in everything we do. Thank you,Ty Kraft
