Complete amatuers. The buyers from this office accepted and signed our dislosure statement, then they had an issue with an exterior catch water drain line and cancelled their offer. You can't accept and sign a homes condition disclosure and then make an issue out of it.....incompetant representation.

In response to John Siri's negative remarks. I am sorry that you feel this way. It is our job to protect our clients interest. As such we counseled the buyer to complete a sewer scope. The scope revealed a broken sewer line which of course any buyer would be concerned about. I see that you finally sold your home so I am happy things worked out for you.
