    I'm not buying anymore expensive gear from here anymore. I tried to exchange grundens gear and they gave me alot of suspicions as to how I obtained them. FYI my employer purchased them for me and then deducted the cost from my paycheck. Your counter wanted me to call my former employer and then would give the money back to them instead of giving me store credit like i asked , so I could purchase cheap items like hooks and bait. Thanks for judging me as a shoplifter . All you had to say was No..we can't return or exchange ...instead I got some story about a theft recently and made me look like my items were stolen. Is this how your counter salesmen treat customers by labeling them or assuming they stole merchandise? No excuse for the imput. A simple no would have suited me

    I came in to shop with my partner and a girl that was working there didnt have great costumer service. I was really disappointed on her behave. Usually when we go someone usually asks how we are doing if we need anything. She walked past us and greeted my partner and looked at me and ignored or it seemed like she acted like she didnt even acknowledge me. She looked at me. As a customer I made it known that she only acknowledged, looked at me and rudely looked at me. After I mentioned it she looked again at me and instead of finding a solution or asking if I needed any help with shopping. Over all very disrespectful and rude. This isnt the first time we came in and this happened. Instead we went to the cash register and left. The interaction was unnecessary.

    I purchased a pair of Xtratuf shoes from England Marine. I have purchased items previously with great satisfaction. I own a pair of Xtratuf shoes purchased from this company. I wore the new shoes a few times but realized they caused me to fall twice because the bottom of shoes are completely flat as opposed to my current pair which have a raised heel. I tried to exchange the new shoes for another pair which would be more expensive to me. They refused to exchange the shoes as they were worn a few times. I explained why I needed to exchange them but they refused. I am a local on the coast and try to support local businesses. I will recount my experience to other locals and warn them to not shop at England Marine if they fear ever needing to return any item. I will give my business in the future to companies that respect their customers. Thank you.
