I can't speak highly enough of Greg Goblet and Meghan McNulty and the exceptional service they provided me in the sale of my sister-in-law's house in Medford, Oregon. Greg and Meghan make an impressive team and they were always prompt, personable and professional in all their interactions with me. Their market assessment and pricing strategy made excellent sense and proved successful in closing a sale within two months. What proved incredibly helpful were Greg and Meghan's suggestions in upgrading the house in a quick and cost-effective way and making use of the array of competent tradespeople they network with. This was especially important since I live out-of-state and I wasn't available to source out and supervise tradespeople on my own. Greg and Meghan quickly and competently took on that task and the results were excellent. What could have been a stressful and daunting process they made made easy.
