I attended weekly therapy at Sequoia about 3 years ago. My therapist, Mary, absolutely got me thru one of the roughest patches in my life. I am forever grateful for her professionalism and kind encouragement. I didn't really believe in therapy before I came to Sequoia, but now I'm a believer. I'll always be appreciate that they gave me the strength to create a quiet and safe life.

Sequoia M.H.Services: is a much needed place for the community, as it provides specialized professional and in some cases acute, mental health needs to those special interests groups. Sequoia has other programs, groups as well as specialized professional experienced individuals on the ready to address a wide range of mental health needs. Sequoia also addresses amongst other things suitable housing for their clients, transportation, clothing food resources and Overall Well-being, Sequoia is by far, if not one of the best... I've been seeing a counselor at Sequoia for almost a year. I'm very happy with the services I have received. My counselor is easy to talk to. It usually takes me several visits before I start feeling comfortable enough to talk in depth, but I was able to open up from the beginning. My counselor is not judgmental, and I feel confident that the rest of the staff is not judgmental as well. I have referred people to Sequoia and will continue to do so. Go ahead and give them a call them if you're in need of help. I'm confident they'll help you too!
