USBank is the absolute worst bank I've ever worked with. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Back in 2020, they hit me with 3 overdraft fees while there was still money in my account. These overdraft fees overdrafted my account so they hit me again with an overdraft fee. I went in to talk with a woman who worked there during the time where you had to make an appointment to get in. I explained the situation and she told me that she would remove 3 of the overdraft fees from my account. And then never did. I was told that I would receive a bill for what I owed, because I also elected to close my checking account that day. I clarified my address with them and then never received a bill. 2 years later, I start getting calls from a collection agency. I paid what I was willing to, less than half of what they'd sent me to collections for, and decided it was also time to close my credit card with them. I called to close the credit account and was told it was taken care of. Over a month later, I received a brand new card from them! I called again and closed my account a second time. I'm hoping this time it actually closed but I have yet to receive confirmation.
If you're looking for a bank, I cannot recommend literally any other bank more. USBank will scam you and lie to you. I've banked with Chase, I've banked with Wells Fargo. Had horrible experiences with them too but nothing will ever be as horrible as my experiences with USBank. My review goes to this location because this is where I opened my card account originally.
Also, the parking at this location is the worst, this parking lot is horribly designed.
