Driver was very rude to me when I was picking up my mother at Dialysis on Lancaster. I hope they don't treat there passengers that way.

I thought they were a great transportation service provider. Until a fairly newer employed driver picked me up for an appointment. During the ride, she somehow didnt see a newer median in center of road when making a left turn. She hit it while driving a very low to the ground box-type car. Nothing serious happened and was able to still get me to my appointment. Next day i had problems with turning my neck from side to side. I contacted B&R's receptionist and asked them for their insurance information so i could have a dr appt covered by their insurance. I was unable to get that information from anyone there. I even spoke to manager. They are supposed to give their insurance information to client if any accident occurs due to their fault or negligence. I tried for 3 months to get their info so i could get my dr bills covered by them and was rudely denied it. They were very unprofessional. I was never able to get the info and was billed for dr bills they should have paid. Whole ordeal was awful and unecessary.
