Did a septic inspection before we bought our house. A week later our tank alarm went off. Upon our own inspection the pump was covered in oil and the electrical wire crumbled in our hands at the base of the pump. This should've been easily spotted. We had to replace our entire pump and shoddy wiring system after we closed to the tune of 3000 dollars. Incompetent inspection. Be present at each inspection to ensure quality of work. Would not recommend. Will take to small claims court to get our inspection fee returned. *Edit: Kings Valley, Elliott. We called and you said you do a "visual" inspection only and couldn't help us. Great customer service.

I needed to get my septic pumped and was having an issue with clogged drainage. I called out Ray's septic and they scheduled me 2 days later. They sent out a young man named Leon who was so nice and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and fixed our issue in a fast timely manner. I can't say enough nice things about this company and their employee. Leon definitely went above and beyond to help. I will definitely call them for all my future needs. Very happy with the service and they beat everyone's price around me. $450 for a 1000 gallon pump. Can't beat that. Service: Sewer repair

They were the only ones that were not booked out months in advance. They were able to come out to my house on the weekend. Very helpful and kind.

Fantastic service !  Best customer service.  It were pouring rain and I know it must have been miserable for the driver, but he just took it in stride .I will use them now on just for his interaction
