I contacted Roto-Rooter to unclog a kitchen drain. Although they got to my house near the end of the appointment window, i understand that some service calls take a little longer than others. I was notified when they were on the way. The technician was training a new person and both were friendly and courteous. They were able to get the drain cleared. The cost was under $200,

We had a septic issue at my mothers house on Thanksgiving 2022. Brandon came out, problem solved the issue and fixed what he could so we could use the system. He was polite, kind, knowledgeable and all after being pulled away from his own Thanksgiving. Dustin came out the next day to pump the septic tank. He was quick and helpful. He made sure we understood what was happening. On Tuesday of the next week, Shawn came out to fix the broken pipe Brandon had uncovered. He was professional and explained the fixes he made. We appreciate all three of them helping make a difficult situation easier to deal with. We would recommend their services to anyone. I've had Roto-Rooter come help out a couple of times while I lived in Corvallis and they've been able to fix my plumbing problems and have been great each time. They respond really quickly, do their work honestly and professionally and all in all I've had a great experience with them. I never caught the names of the specific people that have come to help me out but if I did, I would definitely recommend them.
