Motel 6 Albany, OR

The lady at the front desk was horrible! I canceled my reservation at 9pm because she was so rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I didn't even see our room. She couldn't stop talking about the rules. Her attitude was so horrible.

I was a lady alone just moved back to Oregon and needed a motel room with pet it was night time and tired from traveling lady that was working that night demanded a cash deposit for room and refused to give a receipt I realized trying to take advantage of me also was taking to me in a disrespectful and degrading manner with comments that were inappropriate for a woman to talk that way to me I am 59 years old the woman employee locked me out of office at first and refused to give me a room which was discrimatory and mean spirited it's night time and did not care about me or my safety or right to pay for a motel room for me and my pet as we were here on business and need a place to sleep for out well being and safety the lady returned my money and debit card but I have to wait for room rental refund but the disregard to treat another woman like that is disturbing and abusive This is not a race thing as the lady is a white lady and I'm a white lady. The lady was also older and I'm also an old the lady. She was a little older than me, but for a lady to treat another lady. That way and not try to help her and put a lady outside with her animal at night like that. When the person paid for room is that woman should be fired. Was heartless and very cold-hearted.You shouldn't be working in the motel business if you want to treat people that way unfairly and unkindly If I was Motel 6 I would worry about someone. Suing me, you put a lady out on the street or just paid for a room and it's late at night and she gets armed that woman who works at the front desk should be responsible for treating somebody so ungodly. She wanted to rob the $50. She wants to. Be a dishonorable employee.This motel6 employee acted unprofessional its on camera giving the customer who just drove 13 hours the middle finger? All you have to do is look at the camera and you could see you're employee giving a customer the middle finger at night after they just paid for a room and they're not even able to use the room as the lady refused to give them the key The law applies to every patron that pays for something is entitled to a receipt.For each and every payment or transaction made to any business the patron is entitled to a reciept
