These people really have no interest in working. It really is just a "SHOW"room. These people totally and completely bailed on us and the 'sales' guy dodged our phone calls until we gave up on them like they gave up on us. Below they are trying to put themselves in a good light but in the end they did not have the guts to tell us that this did not want to work with us because we were picky about getting overcharged.

Procede with caution. I've been a contractor for 16 yrs. I have never come across such inexperienced disorganized people. During a remodel I wanted to give them a chance to install quartz counters. Their "lead" sales person mismeasured, mis quoted price, and made promises he could not keep and had no business making. We had to redesign the counter layout unless we wanted to buy another slab. On install day they told me there was a defect and it would be 2 weeks to get another, they were sitting on the slab for a month and did not notice. The edging was rough, the counter had swirl mark because they used asitone to clean it, they tried to call it good when there was a 1/2" exposed gap. I had to help the guy install the slabs because he didn't have any help to lift them. The sinks were installed crooked and chipped. In the end, one of there subcontractors told me they owe him back pay over 7k... and their lead sales person has 0 experience in construction since he came from pepsi... go elsewhere you won't regret it!!!

The folks at Edel Designs did an awesome job on our kitchen remodel. Good ideas and helpful suggestions from the whole staff. We love our new kitchen! Job was finished right on schedule. Aaron did a great job keeping things moving forward. The workers were very professional and worked late to get the project done in time for our New Year's Eve party. We would recommend you stop by the Albany showroom and look around before your next remodel project. Great job guys!
