***Service center is abysmal*** Hands-down the WORST service center I've ever been to. You can make 10 consecutive appts and never get your problem even looked at once. For instance: You schedule service appt to have 3 problems looked at, relay those 3 problems to the service desk, double-check to ensure they have all the issues noted, then when you come to pick up your car: they only looked at 1 of the issues. And for that one issue they rubber-stamp "could not duplicate" or "normal operation" simply because they're too lazy (or disincentivized) to actually troubleshoot and diagnose.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2019 Dodge Challenger with Ben at Albany CDJR. I worked with Ben over a period of a couple weeks to painlessly complete all necessary paperwork from 2,800 miles away. Ben was spot on with his estimates of how long the process was going to take. Ben gave me updates at all steps along the way. He followed up several times after the sale to ensure all was well and that I was happy with the vehicle upon delivery. Great experience all around and I wish all dealers could be this way.

Took my company vehicle here and was very happy with the service and demeanor of all employees in this building. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and someone from the finance department noticed and offered some coloring pages and crayons! Before we left they had some popcorn cooked up for her and we were out the door. This was a textbook case of fantastic service as a team.

Fantastic experience here buying a new car! I have bought through a few dealerships and this was my best experience yet! We are loving our 2021 Jeep Renegade. We worked with Noah as our salesperson along with Brett the sales manager and Jon the finance manager. Every person we worked with along the way was friendly, not pushy, and they made every step of the process easy. We would definitely recommended and return for any of our next Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram needs!
