THIS IS A PSA, DO NOT BANK HERE. Horrible customer service, by tellers that will talk over you when asking questions. Had to call customer service to get my questions answered. Also, lady kept asking the same thing over and over again,LISTEN to your customer's first,, it will save time and money. I'm originally from Beaverton, and they had the BEST service, and were very fast, so sad that this back has such horrible standards. It's very old, and not well kept up. The place here is so slow as well. Your need an hour just to do a simple transaction. I can't wait to buy a house, then switch banks, I will be soooooo happy when I leave this place. Edit: To the response from "the owner". I have already talked with 2 managers from customer service, as well as the branch manager. One manager from customer service was very helpful, and respectful, the branch manager and other manager was not. Thanks for trying though, I've already wasted 3 hours of my time.

Worst bank ever will do illegal shady things with your money are absolutely useless in costumer service and by far the most un ethical people and company I have ever felt with I hope and pray the get closed down and will be in contact with proper leagal help and authorities DONT EVER USE WIILL SCREW YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

They've closed several locations in the area, still have the lobby closed and drive through times are 30-45m. Hideous situation for employees and customers.

Everyone at this location has a terrible attitude. Always short and condescending with their tone. If I didn't have to come here I wouldn't. EVER! Unfortunately its the only US bank in town. .
