VERY DISRESPECTFUL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ISAAC!!
Every single time my work has had to call this company— we spoke with a man named Isaac— he was very rude, very condescending, and tried to place all of the blame on me and my coworkers. Our autoclave had worked perfectly fine until it didn’t and when we tried to get it fixed, he did NOT perform the job he said he would and brought it back to us claiming it worked perfectly for him. When I told him what issues we had and what alerts the machine gave us, he tried saying how impossible that was because it “just didn’t function that wayâ€. As the conversation went on, Isaac grew more and more frustrated and his tone became increasingly more aggressive. I asked him why he was being so rude and he yelled at me that “he didn’t need my mouth, my business, or any of my problems†and hung up on me. He called back about five minutes later to tell us he was “done with us and our business and not to worry about the invoice because he doesn’t want our moneyâ€. Well congratulations Isaac! You’ve lost out business! And we will make sure any other person/business who asks about you knows just much you care about QUALITY customer service!
