My brother and sister in law house was damaged while someone tried to break in at 4am. The window is broken and the door is not secure in anyway. So they can't fix it for 5 to 7 business days. For real Remax do your clients know that you are not protecting the their rental tenants safe. The police will not release the report for 5 to 7 days. But remax can contact them to get the report. Remax refuses to do anything for them.

Never rent from here. Rat and roach infestation. They move others in and say screw the current tenants. Needs to be condemned!

I reported a sewage drain stoppage late in the evening. It was not an emergency as the leak was not spilling onto the floor. The maintenance team was out first thing the next morning. The guys were professional, courteous, and efficient. RE/MAX Energy is so much better than the previous management company that it is as if I had been rescued from hell.
