I'm writing this while sitting in their waiting area drinking coffee. I cannot compliment their service/parts department enough. I was driving cross country when I had a wheel bearing go wonky. They were the first dealership I came across and pulled in. I explained the issue. They asked if I had an appointment (which of course I didn't) but got me in and diagnosed in less than 15 minutes. I'm told that I'll be back on the road in about an hour and for a fairly reasonable price. Oh and apparently there was an airbag recall that they took care of. C'mon, I pull in and I'm out and back on the road in less than 2 hours. You can't beat that with a stick. I've been to dealerships where you couldn't get your oil change in less than that time. I cannot thank their team for their professionalism and hard work enough. Dealerships get a bad name (usually well earned, see oil change point above) but Irwin Auto Co is certainly doing all the right things to fix that stigma. I wish they'd take over and fix the dealership back home in Louisiana. Keep up the great work!
