Weatheridge Apartments

It used to be a lovely place to live, but then they could not keep a site manager, then no maintenance, and then no lawn care. They could/ would not rent empty apartments so in a 2 year span it went from nice to boarder slum. Because 8 out of 24 apartments were empty for over 2years the rent was increased (for me) 3 times in a year. Not what I would consider subsidized housing. I felt that the only reason the rent went up was because upper management was dropping the ball, and needed to cover their behinds. Would never live there again, which is a shame because the apartments are quite comfortable. Beware: They say they are subsidized and section 8 housing but they're not.

Nice quiet neighborhood but pricey! Unless youre rich or have government assistance, this is not the place for you.

Moved out several months back. The apartments are nice for the price and clean. However, it is a constant battle with the property manager. Monthly inspections where she will constantly find any reason to shame you. Clean clothes folded on the bed, ready to go in the closet? Unacceptable. She once lectured me because there was some hair on my comb in the bathroom. Doesn't matter how long and hard you clean. She will only be negative. I don't know who dropped a house on her sister, but the price is not worth the stress of having to deal with her. Would move back in a minute if Glenda was gone.
