Theyre getting a 2 because fair is fair and the front office staff has always been pleasant and Dr Spencer is a very good doctor. They lose 3 stars on the horrendous bedside manner of their nurse Stacey. Shes been vindictive, inflicting pain on my child with stitches on both side of his legs only to roll her eyes when the doctor backed her off bc she was hurting him, and has had nothing but an arrogant and condescending attitude with every single transaction. I left this practice specifically to avoid any interaction with this nurse ever again.

The last time I went to this clinic a few years ago I had picked my son up from school and we were 5 min late. The lady at the front counter turned us away very rudely. They lost my whole family of 7 that day as we chose a new clinic outside of town.Now I see my cardiologist here as he travels to different clinics to see his patients. I've waited in the waiting room and am happy to say that terrible woman is gone and now there's two very nice women in her place. I'm not sure about the new doctors as I just come for my cardiologist.The only parking is parallel parking on the side of the building unless you park across the street at the courthouse. There is stairs and a ramp available for entry to the building. Once inside there is a nice sized waiting room. There are hand sanitizers throughout the building and everyone is wearing masks. The wait isn't that bad before they call your name. I would probably come back to check it out again if we weren't already at our own clinic.

The last time I went to this clinic years ago with my son we were 5 min. late as I had to wait in line to pick him up at school. The rude lady at the front counter turned us away. The lost all 7 of my family that day as we found another clinic out of town. Today, I see my cardiologist here as he travels around to different clinics to make it easier for his patients. I was glad to see that rude lady is gone and replaced with very nice, helpful ladies. I'm not sure about the doctors here though. There's parallel parking along the side of the building or you can park across the street at the courthouse. Stairs and a ramp is available for entry into the building. A sanitizing station is located right inside the door and I found hand sanitizer all through the building. Masks are required by staff members as well as patients. The front lobby is nice sized with chairs lining the walls and from what I've seen the wait isn't very long. I would try them again if I wasn't already with another clinic that we like.
