Wheelchair & Seating Clinic of Oklahoma

Was referred by INTEGRIS Baptist in OKC. Have been getting excuse after excuse from our rep on why my wife’s chair has not been built. Our rep has ignored my texts and calls. Talked to the woman at the office and was told they couldn’t help us because we are out of state. We have been waiting for coming up on seven months to hear this. We are done with this company. They totally make a very difficult hardship even worse!

We have used Wheelchair & Seating Clinic several times. Our child is young so it was our first experience with these things. They were so helpful with any questions I had. They are always quick to come out when our little guy hits a growth spurt and his equipment needs to be adjusted. We will continue to use them for any future equipment needs!

Kirk and the staff are always helpful. They have serviced my daughters wheelchairs since she was 5 years old and she is now 15. Excellent service and very helpful and accommodating.

they not only refused to fix my sons medical stroller, but they also refused to ship it back to the manufacturer to get it overhauled for free, because they might be charged for it! this thing HAS to have a warranty, but they wont even try to remedy the situation. i will never come here again.
