What I didn't know when I met James was that I would be his first client. What I've learned working with James over the past six years is that he's professional, reliable anda very high priority to me he's responsive. Rarely do I have to wait for a reply to any emails I sendoften times less than an hour and many times I've received replies within 15 minutes. He is patient with my questions, offers suggestions on how to make my site run smooth and efficiently for users and when I was due for an update, James gave me a summary of the benefits versus cost of the refresh. He is knowledgeable, efficient and finishes projects on agreed deadlines. I receive a monthly client report that summarizes site activity and updates that have been performed on his end. There are times being the first isn't an advantage. But in this case, with James and Ventin, I immediately felt like I was working with capable and experienced professionals. I highly recommend James and Ventin for any web support and services.
