Went to return our trailer at about 2:30pm and the guy working wouldn’t accept it, he didn’t want to deal with it—even though their hours are posted as 8-8 on Sunday. Had to call the 1-800 number for uhaul to find another authorized location.

They were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The phone rang and then there was silence, like it had been answered, but no one was saying anything. A woman proceeded to ask, "Hello?!" as if I was the one making a mistake. I calmly - not to mention specifically - told her that I needed a 9' Cargo Van for Monday, and that we would be returning it the same day, and she proceeded to act pissed off. I mean, I even told her the specific addresses we would be driving to. THEN she had the audacity to tell me to call HER BACK tomorrow or the next day, because I wasn't being specific with her (She basically brushed me to the side, and talked with someone else while on the phone with me). I will never go there again. And I really advise against anyone else going there. Ma'am if your reading this, which I hope you are, grow up, and run a business professionally, otherwise you'll never get any business, because you sure have lost mine.
