This is a Premier Pools and Spas franchise that started up with no experience and I got to be the lucky first pool install for them. I was never told this by them, the pool manufacturer had to tell me. Mom and dad ( who sell real estate and insurance in Texas) bought there son and his buddy that went to college together (for non construction or business degrees) a pool company during the height of COVID when people were installing pools at an alarming rate. They all showed up and tried to install my fiberglass pool. It floated out of the ground and cracked the bottom because they did not have subcontractors to do the plumbing and could not back fill it. After this they had it repaired and promised to have it complete by memorial day, this goal never happened or even close. They attempted to to set it again and set it out of level all the way around and would not do anything about it. They brought in a concrete contractor that only does foundations, driveways and sidewalks to pour the decking. The forms blew out all the way around and some spots didn’t even get enough concrete. They installed a plastic tile edge that is uneven all the way around, I don’t even have tile on the pool. This looks out of place. They put caulking in all the places where there was uneven concrete and plastic strips. In some spots the concrete pitches to the pool instead of away. And there is many cracks in the decking now. A piece of the concrete broke off and reveals a hollow spot in the middle of the decking. They hurried and tried to set the pool equipment and brought in a guy that owns a pool cleaning business that has little knowledge of the equipment brand I purchased. He wouldn’t show up and when he did he wired and installed the equipment incorrectly. The pool spa had almost 4” of mud in it and the pool proper had backfill rock and mud in it also from when it floated. They tried to clean it for an hour and gave up not to return. I had finally had enough of their lies and inability to finish or finish correctly that I fired them. They were told that they and there subcontractors were not to set foot on my property again. Well they must of told the electrician that he installed incorrect transformers on the lighting and probably was holding his money till it was fixed. All of a sudden there were different transformers installed and mind you these were not installed correctly either. Now they demand their final draws in full. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
